GICLEE NEEDLEPOINT

Our Giclee Needlepoint canvases are made useing pigmented inks which are much more fade resistant then

dye inks, they are vivid in color and water resistant.

Giclee, derived from the French word which means to spray liquid, is a process that involves the high

resolution capture of one-of-a-kind artwork and its archival, museum-quality reproduction.

With the giclee process, high resolution images can be reproduced with 8 to 12 color-pigment inkjet printers

onto a wide variety of large format media such as needlepoint canvas, canvas and watercolor paper. The

combination of light-fast ink and fine art media are considered archival, but there are some discrepancies on

the amount of time the prints will last. A survey of giclee service providers yields anywhere from 25 to 35 years.

Giclee technology has become tremendously popular among fine artist, allowing images to be reproduced to almost

any size. The giclee process produces brighter prints with a non-pixilated tone. In addition the color gamut and color

accuracy for giclee reproduced images are very good.

CUSTOM GICLEE PAINTED NEEDLEPOINT

Needlepoint reproductions of your customers pets, home or grandchildren.

Includes: Loading picture into our program and format.
Lighten or darken picture as needed.
Adjust picture size up to 33" x 45" (plus 1½" borders).
Painting of giclee image on #13 or #18 Zweigart deluxe white canvas.

Advanced setup:
Includes: Removing or replacing background with IGC Custom Design,
Correct for Red Eye.

Additional canvases available:

Pictures or images can be supplied to us in the following formats:
Original Artwork or Painting .
A photograph.
Email in JPEG, TIFF or PDF (JPEG is the preferred format).
On a CD, DVD, Flash drives or Email.

All media will be returned with the order, turnaround time 2 weeks or less.
